Shipping policy
Our dispatch times are between 7-15 working days for the UK and 9-18 days worldwide. It depends on how many orders there are for a particular item and what location your order is from.
Shipping Process
On average, it takes us between 24 and 48 hours to process your order and transport it to our carrier's sorting facility. Some items may take longer, especially around public holidays (up to 10 days) or when your order includes popular items that are no longer in stock.
Once our shipping department has started processing your order, we can no longer make any changes (not even to the address). We only deliver to the address you provided at check-out.
When ordering multiple items, it may happen that the products are shipped separately and arrive on different dates due to the different locations of the production partners.
