We currently provide FREE worldwide shipping.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) and PayPal.
Our products are shipped directly from manufacturers and are often made on demand. As a result, our shipping time is a bit longer than you may be used to. It usually takes 10-15 business days for the package to arrive and in rare cases may take longer (especially during the holidays). Our shipping times are dependent on where you live in the world. In rare cases where we experience significant shipping delays we can’t offer a refund while the package is still in transit. However, if your order does not arrive within 30 days we can give you a full refund. If this happens for your order, please contact us at support@spshl.com.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once the order has been processed.
Of course! Shopping for your home should be a fun and enjoyable experience, so don't stress out if your item is not a perfect match. You can return it for a refund, or exchange it, within 14 days of receiving it. For a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can choose between an in-store credit or a refund to your original payment method. Spshl does not cover the cost of return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you, we will process the refund. Sale items, discounts and promotions are eligible for returns. For more information please see our Return Policy.
We know how frustrating this situation can be. If your item arrives damaged or defective you are eligible for a replacement of the item or a full refund. To claim the replacement or refund please email us at support@spshl.com. In your email please include a clear photo of the item showing that it is damaged or defective. Return shipping for damaged or defective items is free! Be sure to complete this process within 14 days of the delivery date. We apologize for your less than perfect experience.
Please contact us to complete a return. We will provide return instructions for you and send you the address of our warehouse in Toronto, Canada. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer! If you can include a tracking number for us for the return package, it will make it easier for us to ensure your return is processed as soon as possible! Return timeframes depend on how soon you are able to ship the product and when we receive it.
Refunds take 3-5 business days, depending on the method you used to pay for your items. Please email us at support@spshl.com if you have not received your refund within 5 business days.
If you ordered multiple items from us, it is highly likely that the goods will be shipped separately from our different warehouses. If this is the case for your order you will receive an email for each item via our automated tracking system and each item will be assigned separate tracking number.
Spshl partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices on the market and the highest quality products. Our suppliers and manufacturers are located in the United States, EU, UK and Asia. We ship directly from their warehouses to save our customers additional shipping and handlings costs. Because we ship directly from our partners sometimes items may take longer to arrive.
We are happily based in Mountain View, California and our office hours are 9am - 5pm PDT. We respond to most emails within 1-2 business days. If you do not get a response from us, please check your junk mail.
